Lift less - Achieve more!
Time after time I see people (99% guys) trying to lift weights they have no business lifting!
Let’s take the “Dumbell bicep curl”, for instance: Instead of trying to do it right, some people toss the weight up, with an arched back and elevated shoulder. This means you get very little contact with the bicep, and instead you’re risking back and shoulder pains…
Instead you should focusing on liiiifting the weight with your bicep, and really get “contact” with the muscle, and doing so with good form!
It’s strictly an ego/stupidity thing! Forget what it says on the dumbell, focus on doing it right instead.
So in conclusion: you can choose lifting heavier weights with back & shoulder pains with very little progress to show or you can choose progress, health and a pain free body!
Ps. Girls don’t dig dudes with big egos grunting, tossing around weights they can’t handle! And other guys (who knows what they’re doing) think you’re an idiot!
