Just got back from a shoulder/abs workout.. Felt great and I love getting a good start to the weekend!
Still focusing a bit more on side delts and trapz, which has given me some good shoulder results for the first time since… ever!
I’ve never been vascular or naturally muscular, so just the fact that I’m starting to see some separation is very exciting..
It’s not about ego, it’s about progress!
